This was a staging project for a 900 sq. ft. 80’s condo. An older couple lived in the condo and had way too much stuff. To sell this property quickly a minimal decorating scheme would work best. Laminate flooring replaced carpet. That was key to making the rooms appear larger. All the furniture was brought in to maximize an airy livability.  By minimizing accessories and placing wall art at the appropriate height the ceilings appeared higher. 

 

HIGHLIGHT OF PERSONAL SUCCESS: Prior to staging there were no offers on this condo. After staging, there were 2 offers within a week and the owner was able to take the higher bid and close in 3 weeks.
