Initial Consultation and Proposal - $150.00

 

We’ll meet to discuss your goals and expectations, and the return on investment for your home staging dollars. I’ll review the home staging process and the services I can provide before walking through your home. As we walk through the home I will be taking notes in each room, taking photos with your permission that can then be used by your agent.  I’ll be gathering all this information to provide a proposal of what needs to be done to make your home have a great first impression for prospective buyers.  

 

When possible, I prefer to use what you already own to keep expenses reasonable and may repurpose certain accessories and/or furniture to maximize a look.

 

I will provide a proposal within 48 hours so you and your realtor get a clear idea of what can be done and what needs to be done to market your home appropriately.

 

Half Day of Home Staging or Interior Redesign 

 

This service is for homes that only need a bit of extra attention or are less than 2000 square feet. It may include bringing in accessories to complete a look such as artwork or pillows, refreshed bedding like bed throws or duvet covers and rearranging furniture and placement of key accessories. 

 

Full Day of Home Staging or Interior Redesign 

 

This service is for those homes that need more attention and expertise or are over 2000 square feet. Accessories and or furniture will be brought in based on the initial proposal. 

This process will get your home showcase ready! Or in the case of a redesign, make your home much more what you envisioned.

 

New Listing or Open House Staging Preparation 

 

This service is perfect to make a great first impression for the home that is just about to go on the market or have an Open House! I will spend two full days prior to that weekend transforming the home for maximum appeal. I’ll be working from a detailed plan, previously contracted with you, that may include:
